Our PVC banner material comes in a standard heavy duty digital banner material or digital mesh banner, which typically used on Scaffold and other areas exposed to heavy wind load.

Our banners are made from premium PVC material with a dense fibre structure for outdoor durability and is weather resistance. The material surface is specially coated for superior ink absorption.

Standard turnaround time is one full working day from confirmation of artwork.

Same day service available at 15% extra cost.

Additional 1-3 working days will be required for large quantity orders.

Why are our Banners better?

Many sign and print companies use budget materials when manufacturing their banners.
Some may use plastic lightweight banner material that tears very easy or becomes very brittle at night in the cold.
Some will not Hem the banner at all, again making the banner susceptible to tearing very easy.
If there are no Hems on the banner, the banner will also start to curl back in on itself, which looks very bad when hung in place.
Many companies use third party short term inks when printing. This means your banner will fade very quickly when hung outdoors.

MESH PVC BANNER

Mesh banner material is a perforated PVC banner that allows wind to pass through it.

Wind resistance and all-weather resistance (waterproof, hard wearing, scratch resistant and fade resistant) for outdoor use in high wind areas
11mm metal eyelets spaced approximately 2 feet apart and hemming as standard

Mesh banners are ideal for windy outdoor conditions

Unlike normal PVC banners, outdoor mesh banners have thousands of tiny holes to allow air flow. This means that movement and resistance is greatly reduced in windy outdoor conditions. Flapping is reduced, billowing is reduced and the risk of wind ripping the banner off its attached surface is minimised, making them perfect for use on scaffolding or bridges where high wind conditions may be an issue.

Despite being windproof, over 75% of the surface remains printable to allow for bright and vivid designs to be printed on the mesh banner material. When combined with full weatherproof and UV-proof properties, they’re the ultimate solution for outdoor banners in windy environments.
